Lead Reactivation for Opted-In Leads | Apilon AI

Lead Reactivation

There's money sitting in your old lead list.

You paid for every lead that asked about your service and never bought. We run a done-for-you campaign to the ones who opted in to hear from you: short, personal texts and emails in your tone, AI that handles the replies, and appointments booked straight into your calendar.

  • Opted-in leads only
  • You approve every message
  • Opt-outs honored instantly

You paid for these leads once.

Every lead in your CRM cost you something: ad spend, a lead fee, a quote someone took the time to put together. Most got a call or two and maybe an email. Then new leads came in, and the follow-up stopped.

  • The timing was wrong.

They weren't ready that week. That doesn't mean the need went away.

  • Nobody followed up.

Your team worked the leads that came in today, which is the right call. The older ones just slipped.

  • They never said no.

A lead that went quiet isn't a lead that picked someone else.

It wasn't a lack of interest. It was a lack of follow-up.

How it works

We run the campaign. You take the appointments.

You give us the list and approve the messages. Everything else, from the consent check to the last reply, is on us.

  1. 01

    Consent check and list cleanup

You send an export of your leads or give us access to your CRM. We match every contact against your consent records and take out anyone without consent, anyone who opted out before and numbers on do-not-call lists. Duplicates and dead numbers go too.

You getA clean list, plus a record of who was left out and why.

  2. 02

A short sequence in your voice

We write a few short texts and emails that sound like your team. Each one says who's writing, refers to what the person originally asked about and includes a way to opt out. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

You getEvery message to read and sign off on before launch.

  3. 03

    AI handles the replies

When someone writes back, AI answers in your tone, handles the simple questions and finds out whether they're still interested, what they need and when. Anything it shouldn't answer goes to a person on your team.

You getConversations handled without anyone on your team sitting in the inbox.

  4. 04

Booked appointments or a warm handoff

Interested leads book straight into your calendar, or land with your team with the whole conversation attached. Anyone who says stop is removed right away and never contacted again.

You getAppointments, warm leads and a clear report of who replied, booked or opted out.

Tuesday

Hi Dana, it's Your Business. Back in March you asked us for a quote on a new water heater. Is that still on your list, or did you get it sorted?Reply STOP to opt out.

Still on the list honestly. We got busy. Is this a real person?

What your leads actually get.

Short and human. It says who's writing, remembers what they asked about and makes saying no just as easy as saying yes.

  • Names your business in the first message
  • Refers to their original inquiry
  • One question at a time, no hard sell
  • Opt-out included from the first text
  • Says it's AI when someone asks
  • Hands off to your team when it should

And when someone says no

Which leads qualify?
People who asked to hear from your business and where you have a record of that consent: form fills, quote requests, past inquiries and past customers who agreed to receive messages. Bought, rented or scraped lists don't qualify, and neither does anyone who opted out. We sort this out together in the consent check, before anything is sent.
Which channels do you use?
Text and email by default. AI voice calls are only an option for leads whose consent covers automated calls, and the voice always says it's an AI. The mix depends on what each lead actually agreed to.
What if someone is annoyed?
Then that's the end of it. Whether they reply STOP or tell us to leave them alone, they get a short confirmation and are removed from every campaign right away. Replies that sound upset or need a human go straight to your team instead of the AI.
Will it sound like a bot?
The messages are short, written in your tone and approved by you before launch. They read like a quick note from your team, not a blast. And if someone asks whether they're talking to a person, the AI tells them the truth.
Do you need access to our CRM?
No. An export of your leads works fine. If your CRM allows it and you prefer it, we can connect directly so replies, bookings and opt-outs sync back automatically. Either way, our access is limited to what you grant.
How fast can it start?
Once we have your list and consent records, we run the check, write the sequence and send it to you for approval. Texting from a business number also needs carrier registration, which isn't instant, so we start that on day one. We'll give you a realistic start date on the call.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody honest can tell you how many old leads will reply before seeing the list. What we do promise is a clean, consent-checked campaign and a clear report of who replied, who booked and who opted out.
What does it cost?
It's priced per business after a short call. The size of your list, the channels and how replies should be handled all change the work, so we don't publish a price list. You get a clear number before anything starts.
